Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened for hygiene reasons.

Shipping Costs
